The great Hazleton General Hospital was founded in the year 1891 with an intension to provide the excellent medical services. In the year 1986 we dissociate from state and became the non for profit community hospital. As many years have been passed it was the time to renovate our hospital in the year 2005 we began to renovate our hospital with the construction cost of $18 million and the construction was completed in the year 2006.
After making the renovations we developed our services to a great extent our hospital consists of more than 100 physicians, we have started best emergency services in our hospital, we treat more than 100,000 people throughout the greater Hazleton area. Our professional staff is always there to provide you the excellent medical services and we took the best care of patient's rights and responsibilities.
